My Family Wellness programs offer a soft place to land. A space where parents and children can breathe, reconnect, and rediscover the comfort of being together.
Using yoga nidra, mindfulness, and creative connection practices, I help families build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, and foster lifelong bonds.

My Approach
As a Montessori Casa educator and an Ontario Certified Teacher, I bring over 35 years of experience in child development, classroom support, and inclusive education.
I am also a certified yoga nidra meditation facilitator, Master Coach Practitioner, and children’s wellness guide—specializing in emotional well-being for both adults and children.
I blend restful meditation, mindful parenting tools, and imaginative connection into sessions that meet your family exactly where you are. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, sleep issues, or big emotional waves—or you’re simply seeking deeper connection—my approach is grounded in care, backed by research, and always tailored with love.
